The running man
Yesterday was the biggest run ever. Not the fastest mind you but definately the longest. 24km over 2.5 hours. It actually felt like i was getting ready for a marathon for the first time.
Now I need to get up and go for another run tonight. This one is 10 km and it is meant to be fast.
